His back ground includes, LN Red Sunfire – Red 30”, Gardners Red Fred – Sorrel 32 ¼” and goes back to imports. Derby was shown for the first time in 2005 at the Kansas State Fair and was awarded second place in Halter Class. Prior to the show in Kansas he received three ribbons at our local MMDBA Fun Show.

This girl was bought by sheer chance, we had hoped to get a BEW Jack, but to date that just hasn’t happened. She has been used with our loud spot and has given us several lovely foals. We are now using her with our red Herd Sire.

The color and marking on this young one is outstanding add to this the fact that she goes back to imports on both sides and we think she is one special girl.
